Below you will find all the details regarding our shipping methods, delivery times, and related policies.
Free Shipping Worldwide
We are proud to offer free shipping on all orders globally, with no minimum purchase required. Our products are shipped to most countries worldwide; however, we currently do not ship to Russia, Israel, Iran, Iraq, India, and any countries under OFAC sanctions.
Delivery Times & Dispatch Schedule
Your order delivery time may vary based on the type of product purchased. We have outlined estimated delivery timelines below:
Please note that once your order is dispatched, the typical delivery timeline ranges from 3-5 business days for most destinations, depending on the shipping location.
Courier Services
For fast and reliable deliveries, we partner with leading courier services like DHL, FedEx, and UPS. Our team selects the best shipping option based on your location and the nature of the order to ensure timely and secure delivery.
Tracking: Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided to you via email to monitor your parcel in real time.
APO/FPO/DPO Addresses: Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, DPO, or FPO addresses.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All international orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees are the customer’s responsibility and must be settled with the respective authorities upon the order’s arrival in your country.
We recommend checking with your local customs office to determine any potential costs before placing an order.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the unlikely event that your parcel is marked as delivered but has not been received:
Notify Us and the Courier: Please contact us and the courier service within 5 business days from the tracking delivery date to initiate an investigation. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
Replacement Policy: If the courier confirms that the package is lost or damaged during transit, we will offer you a full store credit or a replacement of the original item. Unfortunately, lost or damaged orders are not eligible for a cash refund.
Delivery Issues & Rescheduling
Tracking & Delivery Follow-Up
Once your order is shipped, we provide a tracking number for your reference. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the courier service if there are any issues with delivery (e.g., courier holds, failed delivery attempts, etc.).
Failed Deliveries: If the courier makes multiple failed attempts to deliver your parcel, the package may be returned to the sender or destroyed. In such cases, Velvrix cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to customer unavailability.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and up-to-date. Once an order is dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address. If an incorrect address is provided, and the package cannot be delivered, the item may be returned to the sender or destroyed by the courier service. Velvrix will not be responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
Returns & Exchanges
For our Made-to-Measure, we unfortunately cannot accept returns as these are custom orders. For standard items (excluding custom orders), we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect. We will not reimburse any customs duties or taxes for returned items.
Order Confirmation & Processing
After you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation with all the details of your purchase. If you do not receive this confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our customer support team to confirm your order.
Orders with multiple items may be shipped together or separately depending on the availability and production timeline.
