Return Instructions
If you wish to return an item to Velvrix, please follow the instructions below to ensure a smooth process. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Step 1: Prepare Your Return Package
Place the item(s) securely in the original packaging. All items, including any complimentary items or accessories, must be returned in the condition they were received, with all tags attached.
For shoes or other wearable items, please ensure they are unworn, unwrinkled, and undamaged. If any item has arrived damaged, please reach out to our customer support team immediately for assistance.
Step 2: Include Order Details
Add a printed copy of your order details or packing slip to the package. This ensures that your return can be accurately processed.
Step 3: Request the Return Address
Contact our customer support team or File a Return to receive the correct return address. Once you have the return address, we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as Velvrix is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we are unable to accept COD (Cash on Delivery) returns.
Step 4: Complete the Online Return Form
You will receive a tracking number from the courier when returning the parcel. After shipping the package, use this tracking number to fill out the product return form below:

Additional Information
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. However, if the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect or defective product, Velvrix will cover the return shipping cost.
Return Options: Regular items are eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Customized, bespoke, or made-to-measure products, however, can only be returned for alterations.
Return Processing and Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s) (typically within 72 hours of receipt at our fulfillment center), we’ll send a confirmation email. Refunds are usually processed within 7 days, though your financial institution may take an additional 2-10 business days to reflect the amount in your account.
