Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, provided it has not been dispatched or processed for shipping. Once the order has been shipped or is undergoing customs clearance, cancellations are no longer possible. In such cases, you must receive the order and follow our returns procedure.

Custom and Time-Sensitive Orders

If a specific delivery timeline has been agreed upon with our Customer Support Team, the order qualifies as time-sensitive. Due to the special handling required for time-sensitive or custom orders, such orders are not eligible for cancellation once they are placed.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping

We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout and may vary depending on your location. While we make every effort to meet the estimated delivery times, Velvrix cannot be held liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.

International Shipping

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, either by replacing the item or offering a refund.
